Day One

It has only been nine hours, but it feels like nine years!
We started out our journey eating the most delicious cookies in the entire solar system + Pluto. We had many crazy conversations, including cannibalism, people raised in the wild, and sleeping in campers while coyotes howl around you. From these conversations, the most valuable thing we learned was that Reed eats people. It also led us to the idea to post one philosophical question every day. Today's question is, would people have the same traits if they were raised in the wild? When we got to Watertown, we checked into our retro hotel. We have actual metal keys to unlock our rooms. From there, we went to four different restaurants only to find that they are not open on Sunday afternoon or would not allow minors. So, we ended up eating at Dairy Queen. It was delicious. After we ate, we headed to the Watertown Events Center to set up for the show. Although we were a little worried that the turnout would only be a few old-timers and a disgruntled middle-schooler, the seats soon filled up with tons of kids. The little ones just ate up the show and our sponsor, the Lion's Club, was more than pleased with the turnout. All in all, it was a very energetic and satisfying performance.

  3. John-Emmett and gang, This is not really anonymous; this is mom. The phone calls have been pouring in, wanting personal interviews. We are screening them and taking numbers. Don't forget your cell phone charger at the hotel, and smile for the cameras.

    LOADS of fun....

um.... would people have the same traits if they lived in the wild....
i think that they might lack some certain skills, such as social skills, mathmatics, and using eating utensils....

oh yeah this is Sam Kukuk, not a weirdo who likes to answer random questions of the day...:)
